After Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated, “In Iran, we don’t have homosexuals like in your country. We don’t have that in our country. In Iran, we do not have this phenomenon. I don’t know who’s told you we have it,” you just knew someone somewhere was going do something clever to satirize it.
By the same token, it seems as if thanks to Sen. Larry Craig the phrase “wide stance” has taken on a life of its own.
